Gap Maternity Jeans – Product Review

As I mentioned in my post about dressing up for work, I really love Gap as a brand. Months ago when I bought a few pairs of maternity jeans, I fell in love with the idea of having light blue jeans and I found these that are so light in a thrift store. They are my only pair with the band competely above the pockets.

I’ve really never understood why anyone would want to make or buy pants or especially jeans without a full set of pockets. With the band over them, the jeans have pockets in front which is where I prefer to keep my keys and phone. The front pockets are big and strong with room for both and then some.

The back pockets are large as well and much appreciated for days when I’m carrying a lot of small things at once and don’t want to bring a bulky purse or bag along.

As has been true of all my maternity jeans, the name is discreetly left off. I didn’t even realize these were Gap until I’d brought them home. Typical of the brand they are very comfortable all the way around.

The band makes for a nice smooth stomach area.

Since I bought these second hand, I don’t know if the original color faded or not from the blue white that can look even all white in certain lighting. Like all light clothes, they can get dirty easily, yet that’s par for the course with such a color choice.

There are my favorite maternity jeans of all I own.
