I heard it once, possibly on a TV show, that one of the benefits of having a boyfriend was having an extra wardrobe of clothes. I definitely started borrowing outfits from Matt when we were dating and still am apt to wear his T shirts with him as my husband. I used to borrow his Ray-Ban sunglasses all the time before he bought me my own pair for Christmas. One day when I left them in my car, he took a photo of himself wearing mine for a change.
That was certainly funny, yet not as funny as the time Matt put his own sunglasses on William. He in his usual sunny disposition wore them with style and smiled for me in what was probably at least the dozenth photo I’d taken of him that day.
Last week I found a pair of bunny sunglasses for kids. I brought them to daycare for Mirabel to see if he’d let her take some photos. He happily wore them inside and out.
However, those are mainly novelty glasses and in fact they were from a dollar store. Candy bought William sunglasses as part of his Easter basket. It will be interesting to see if he enjoys wearing ones that are specifically made for babies or not.
