Matt has been friends with Jason since they were young kids. He has great parties at his house which are attended by many adults and his twin boys who are now 6. When we arrived I showed William a Jack in the Box, and he seemed rather nonchalant about it, even after a few tries.
William enjoyed the new surroundings, and hanging out with people he knew as well as ones he’d never met before.
One of the twins thought William would like the light up finger rings. We will definitely have to get him some in the future.
It was great that William was able to hang out with his Uncle Scott again.
We stayed there for many hours, long past William’s bedtime. As with his home schedule, he let me breastfeed him to sleep. Soon after, he heard some noises as the party and woke up for good.
Jason’s house is near Candy’s place, where we went as our last stop before home. Her table is decorated with items from when she was a girl of twelve years old.
Last year Candy had made William a green egg reading “Baby” on as I was waiting till the birth to learn the baby’s gender. This year I dyed some for him.
Next year, he may be able to help dye eggs on his own to some extent.
