Whenever anyone sees William, they always comment on how big he’s become and how active he is. He definitely seems to be getting more active and vocal.
In order to help his speech development, until recently I’ve been talking to him in full adult conversation. However, after one of the church nursery teachers recommended that I try also saying back what he does to him, so he’d recognize his own sounds as part of a conversation, I’ve been trying that as well. Sometimes that makes him laugh, in addition to encouraging him to babble more.
William has been eating pureed solids now for a week, he still tends to have his mouth open a lot as he turns his head this way and that during the feeding process.
William loves to be active and often doesn’t want to sleep. However, a lot of times I can breastfeed him to sleep. This is my, and as far as I can tell his, favorite way to get him to sleep.
William loves hanging out, playing with and taking selfies with Matt.
I love how they both are having so much fun in this and so many other photos I have of the two of them.
