William is Ten Months Old

Today William is 10 months old. In honor of this milestone, I sent him to daycare in a onesie from the hospital of his birth. He has such a sunny disposition that even when I stopped Mirabel from finishing his morning bottle to take this, he soon was all smiles.

I’m not sure when we started this, but we have a bedtime tradition we rarely deviate from. Before I take William to be changed (in terms of diaper and outfit), given his bedtime bottle and put to bed, I give him to Matt. I tell him to “tell daddy your nighty nights”. Sometimes Matt just talks to and cuddles him, and other times he plays with him a bit to try to wear him out. Tonight was one of those times.

William absolutely adores when Matt lifts him in the air. He has peels of laughter when he is lifted so.

Matt let William even use his head to climb on a bit to look out the window to see who was out and about.

Then it was time for more lifts. I should really take a video of this sometime as it’s just so much fun to listen to as well.

Despite all the fun they had, it took a while for William to settle down. Still, I know he enjoyed the bonding before his bedtime.
