Pleasanton Visit Highlights

In addition to the Thanksgiving meal, Candy and William enjoyed lots of bonding moments during his visit. Candy has always been a huge fan of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. This year we did not watch it on the day, instead watching a prerecorded version on the next day. Candy made sure to go right up to the screen with William to show him Santa Claus.

Santa was dressed in his traditional red and white outfit. He also literally had bells on for the occasion.

Candy helped us bathe William. Using an adorable baby cushion, the sink was extra soft to help make his bath extra enjoyable.

Afterwards she gently dried him off a with a large fluffy towel.

To both help him keep warm and know when it is time for a nap, he was then put in an adorable dinosaur onesie. I read to him from one of Candy’s small books from the Peanuts series.

Soon, he was fast asleep. He had a great nap for several hours.

We had a lot of great moments with him over the weekend.
