Today William is five weeks old. As this snipped says he’s definitely been discovering his extremities in particular his hands and fingers over the last few weeks.
These photos were taken when he was still four weeks old. They are some of my favorites that I have taken of him as he made such great contact with me, and held onto my thumb with such a great expressive grip.
He even followed my phone as I changed the position to get another angle with his eyes.
I don’t know what he’s thinking, yet I’ve spent a lot of time trying to determine it. His coos have become more frequent and are so adorable.
This last photo was taken at three and a half weeks. He has a smile in it that I’ve seen so many more times since then. While he does fuss a lot still, it’s great seeing clear signs he is happy.
